I finally made up my mind! She is going to be name Onishi Jynn and I'm going to make her an OC for My Hero Academia!
Jynn looks Goth but she is more Punk Rock then most people would expect.
Age: 17 years old
DOB: July 7th
Eye Color: Baby Blue
Hair Color: Midnight (Yale "Blue Site" Blue to be specific or the same color as the Pro-Hero Midnight)
Height: 4'9"
Weight: 135 Lbs.
Body type short, stacked, ha a Philippine appearance does to mixed races.
Parents:
Mother: Chinese Ethnicity/Onishi Song
Father: Hispanic Ethnicity/Onishi Kon(Not sure if his last name changed.)

Current Status: Villain for fun
Her Quirk is Yandere(Obsession) she can mess with someone's mind and make them obsessed with anything. People, Objects, Buildings. She loves to do pranks on people but she can go overboard and into board line sadistic completely go to the deep end when she get's carried away.
She's a Villain and her Villain name is "Sick Kicks" ---> " www.youtube.com/watch?v=JhJ72C… <----- " This is where I got her name from and she is an Avatar I made from Gaia Online but I haven't fully figured her out yet but I finally had a place for her! My Hero Academia!
Chiyomi and Jynn have been close friends for a long time both from China but they never got along with other people because of there Quirk and their appearance. Jynn is Chinese-Hispanic being born in Puerto Rico and moving to China to be closer to her Father's family put strain on her mothers side that ended up making her parents split and fighting over Jynn which then she developed her Quirk then tried to use it to make her parents fall in love with each other but back fired. After her Quirk wore off neither of her parents wanted her and disowned her. She went to an orphanage and meet Chiyomi in a play ground talking about their selves. Chiyomi's life made Jynn jealous but later found out her life wasn't so great since neither of her parents paid much attention to her and focus grooming her old brother who later on dies in a car crash.
Jynn calls Chiyomi Chi-Chi as a cute nick name they both do Cosplay and Role Play but Chiyomi isn't into it but does it because she knows it is what cheers up Jynn. Jynn never get adopted sadly and claims Independence when she is 15 years old using her quirk to make someone obsessed with her, robbed them blind, and then used their money to move to Japan with Chiyomi and just went off to live life the way they want to without no one telling them what to do.
I'm going to change her outfit but I well keep her face and hair the same <3 This is not going to be her outfit~!
